I work at the intersection of technology, public policy, and community impact, helping organizations turn complex systems into real-world results. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building high-performing teams and bringing together government, business, and communities to tackle problems that don’t fit neatly into one sector.
I’ve held senior leadership roles at Google, Dataminr, Airbnb, and the City of Detroit. In each, my work has centered on outcomes—whether mobilizing capital to revitalize neighborhoods, helping governments navigate technology and policy change, or applying data and AI to improve quality of life at scale.
I began my career at Google, where I spent more than a decade on civic engagement and elections teams during a formative period for digital political advertising. There, I helped shape industry standards and led teams that ranked first globally on performance metrics. I later built Dataminr’s AI for Good program from the ground up, partnering with nonprofits and humanitarian organizations to apply artificial intelligence to human rights, crisis response, and early warning systems. At Airbnb, I worked at the intersection of policy, product, and data, helping cities better understand impact, compliance, and collaboration.
I’ve also led in the public sector, serving as Chief Development Officer for the City of Detroit, where I directed large-scale investment strategies, public-private partnerships, and crisis response efforts to strengthen neighborhoods and improve quality of life.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School, which I attended on a full academic scholarship.
